Social rented housing

We provide affordable rented homes to those can not afford shared ownership.

Can I apply for rented accomodation?

Our permanent rented accommodation is for vulnerable people who are need of somewhere to stay. We can help you if you're able to live alone but have found yourself in a difficult situation. For example we can help if you are:

  • on a low income;
  • homeless;
  • living in inadequate conditions;
  • living in conditions that are seriously damaging their health;
  • suffering from harassment by a landlord or others;
  • suffering racial harassment;
  • separated from family because of a marital breakdown or domestic violence.

Notting Hill Housing (NHH) also works hard to support and encourage the regeneration of neighbourhoods and communities.

Where will I be housed?

We offer homes in modernised older properties. Generally these are only suitable for one or two person households. If you are part of a larger family you can apply for one of our newly built homes.

How can I apply

We only accept people who have been nominated to us by the local authorities and support agencies. To be eligibile for rented accomodation from us you'll need to contact your local council.

Once you have been referred to us we will arrange an assessment interview with a member of our staff.
