(Temporary housing and settled accommodation)
We work in partnership with local authorities across London to help provide temporary and settled accommodation. This is leased directly from private owners, on leases lasting three to ten years.
We offer our tenants a raft of services including employment training and opportunities to get involved and help shape our services. We visit regularly and deal with repairs.
Can I apply for Home Options accommodation?
We can only accept people who are nominated to us by local authorities.
You will need to register with your local authority directly. They will assess your needs and nominate you to one of our properties if it is suitable.
We charge market rents and most of our tenants receive Housing Benefit to help cover costs.

Where will I be housed?
We have properties all over London. You are most likely to be housed in the borough that you make your housing application in.
Sometimes your local authority may need to offer you properties outside of your borough. This is because they do not have anything that suits your needs available in your area.
How long will my tenancy last?
The length of your tenancy will depend on which borough you live in and whether you are in settled accommodation or temporary housing waiting to be re-housed permanently. On average, our tenancies last from 18 months to 5 years.
To find out more about whether you are in settled accommodation or waiting to be permanently re-housed, you should contact your local borough (Opens in new window).
